Adulthood 101 Series Launches
Adulthood 101 is a workshop series focused on improving wellbeing through the honing of practical life skills. Coordinated by WellBeing Promotions and led by a variety of staff and faculty across campus in their areas of expertise, this series creates a supportive space to explore topic areas that students may feel hesitant to ask about, such as food safety, car care, grief and healing, health insurance, and managing other responsibilities. By normalizing learning and growth as an adult, these workshops aim to build confidence, reduce stress, and empower participants to feel more capable in their day-to-day lives.
Workshops run as stand-alone events, but participants are encouraged to join any sessions that interest them. More sessions are planned for after spring break as well.
