Join the Honorable Caroline LaPorte, Academic Department Head for Native American Studies and Andie Balenger, Graduate student, as they discuss Chap. 7 of Leanne Simpson's 2017 award-winning book, As We Have Always Done. The in-person conversation will take place in the Whitman Hall Commons and a Zoom link will be available for Global Campus students.
Free copies of the book are available for NMU students. Pick one up at the ODI in Hedgcock or the CNAS in Whitman Hall. Keep an eye out for more conversations throughout the semester.
