Reservations Open for Spring 2025 at North Fork, NMU's Teaching Kitchen
The North Fork is open for the 2025 semester on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from March 18th - April 22nd.
This year, we are joining the celebration of NMU’s 125th year of academic excellence, unmatched community spirit, and Wildcat pride. Dining with us will represent how our education, industry, and programming support NMU’s core values, mission, vision, and Grand Challenges.
The spring 2025 dinner menu offers guests a four-course menu including a weekly, preselected amuse bouche and a selection of one item from three additional dinner courses at one price. As always, we work diligently to ensure all dietary needs can be met throughout the four-course experience. Items from our dry bar menu are available at an additional cost.
Table reservations are required in advance through the NMU Ticketing website, while limited, high-top bar service is available upon walk-ins beginning Tuesday, April 1st (please see “Essential Information” for further details). Reservations are staggered for student growth. As we grow into full operation, table seating is provided at 6:00, 6:15 and 6:30 pm.
