Celebrate Plaidurday with us!

Join the NMU community on Friday, Oct. 3, from 10–11 a.m. outside by the Wildcat statue for a group photo in your favorite plaid. Enjoy donuts, apple cider, and coffee while we capture this Yooper tradition together!

Plaidurday is the worldwide celebration of plaid started by honorary Yooper and sunrise extraordinar Bugsy Sailor. Plaidurday is celebrated annually on the first Friday of October. With plaid, we are stitching together a better world, one seam at a time. To learn more, visit plaidurday.com.

Time: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (drop in; no appointment necessary)

Where: Cohodas Hall – 4th floor, room 414

You are also welcome to bring props to pose with for an additional photo that showcases your personal or professional interests.
