An Authentic Native American Dance Experience
Enjoy a spectacular, educational, and respectful Native American dance performance this season at the Forest Roberts Theatre! The Woodland Sky Native American Dance Company was established in 2013 and is comprised of Native American Ojibwe, Lakota, Potawatomi, Menominee, and Apache dancers. The group represents men’s and women’s Native American styles including traditional, fancy, jingle, grass, and hoop. Woodland Sky's focus is the telling of historic tales and stories using traditional native songs and dances.

Tickets are $17 for General Public, $12 for NMU Faculty/Staff, Seniors, and Military, $10 for Students, and $5 for NMU Students.
Additionally, join us after the final performance for an exclusive reception featuring complimentary food and beverages and a meet and greet with the cast and creative team! The post-show reception is included with a ticket purchased for the 7:30pm performance on February 11 and will follow the show in the Forest Roberts Theatre lobby. All theatre and dance majors and minors are invited to attend free of charge.
