Maintenance Of University Facilities And Grounds Policy

Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to provide efficient service and facilitate handling of all work requested of Plant Operations - Facilities.

Policy:
It is the policy of Northern Michigan University for the Plant Operations - Facilities department to maintain all State-supported buildings and grounds according to existing university procedures and guidelines.

All faculty and staff requesting maintenance work shall call the Plant Operations-Facilities Office at 906-227-2292 and provide the appropriate information.
