Medical Transport Policy

Purpose:

To define medical transports for on-campus medical injuries and illnesses, Emergency Room and Health Center requests and off-campus transports.

Applicability:

All University employees, temporary employees and students.

Policy:

Medical transports will be provided by the NMU Police Department for on-campus medical emergencies if the responding officer determines that the individual can be safely transported in the patrol vehicle.
