As a Health Promoting Campus, we are committed to fostering a supportive environment where everyone can flourish. WellBeing Promotions reinforces this vision by offering programming and workshops to support undergraduate and graduate student health and wellbeing across campus.
Our programming includes weekly Toolkit Tuesdays, where we table in the Jamrich 1100 lobby and share wellbeing-related resources tailored to the timing of the semester. We also offer office hours, where students can stop by for a snack or drink, pick up resources, and connect with our team. Annual events include the Wildcat WellBeing Fair in March and the Mind over Miles 5k in October. Additional offerings include educational events on a variety of topics across the 8 dimensions of wellbeing, including alcohol and other drugs (AOD), sexual health, and stress management. New this year, we are excited to offer requestable workshops that can be tailored for student organizations, residence halls, departments, or other campus groups.
