Important Things to Note: 

  • In order to run in the ASNMU Election you MUST submit an the "intent to run" form. 
    • This must be completed before ANY campaigning or announcements 
    • It is required to have your name placed on the ballot
    • The form must be completed by Friday, April 3rd at 5 PM

Weekly GA Meetings
 

All students are welcome at our General Assembly meetings, and do not need to be apart of ASNMU to attend. We love to hear from students as we work to represent you, so bring your feedback and ideas. 
 

Meetings are on Wednesday starting at 6 PM for Winter 2026. All meetings unless otherwise noted will be held in Jamrich Hall room 1320. 

Opportunities for Involvement

There are many opportunities for students to become involved in ASNMU. Whether you are interested in joining the General Assembly, the Student Finance Committee, or the ASNMU Judiciary, we are always looking to have more passionate students join our efforts. Please Note: office hours may vary due to external factors (classes, meetings, etc.) as all of those working in this office are students. Feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns.

Monday: 12 - 5 PM

Tuesday: 8 - 10 AM, 11 AM - 1 PM, 2 - 5 PM

Wednesday: 12 - 6 PM

Thursday: 11 AM - 6 PM

Friday: 10 AM - 12 PM
