Request Quiz/Test Accommodations
Use the NMU Disability Services Portal
- Please schedule tests/quizzes during NMU Disability Services office hours (8am - 5pm). The Disability Services Office closes at 5pm.
- Students are required to complete testing accommodation forms at least 5 business days prior to the test date (weekends are not included). Disability Services reserves the right to deny any test accommodation requests that are submitted within 2 business days of the test date.
