Reimagining streets as spaces for wealth creation
In this project, Elizabeth Williams (ENSS) proposed an idea for redesigning the downtown area of Ishpeming, Michigan. Eli drew her ideas from participant observation, analysis, and spatial examination. Eli presented this project at a conference in Chicago in fall 2023.

Taking a look at housing rental cost dynamics in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula
This study examines the pricing dynamics of housing across several counties in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, which have relatively large populations for the UP, and feature a significant population of students and/or tourists.
