Menards is hiring for their Manager Trainee position.  They will be holding open interviews (no need to schedule in advance) and will be answering any questions you may have about that position and careers with Menards. 

Our Manager Trainee position is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management. As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Managers will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future! The Lower Kuskokwim School District (LKSD) is an exciting and rewarding place to learn and teach in "bush" Alaska. LKSD is the largest rural school district in Alaska with 27 schools, 350 teachers, about about 4,000 Yup'ik students. The landmass of the District is about the size of West Virginia spreading along the Kuskokwim River and Bering Coast of southwest Alaska. Travel is by jet from Anchorage, and then by small plane, snowmobile or boat from Bethel to the village sites.

LKSD supports instructional staff with a robust professional development program differentiated from whole group to individually selected courses. There is a teacher mentor program that includes orientation to the local culture and learning about our curriculum.

LKSD is looking for 2 Elementary Education, 1 Social Studies, 2 Counselors, and 4 Special Education teachers for the upcoming school year.

Benefits:

  • Salary and bonus - $55,011 to $97,798; $4,000 signing bonus (Current salary schedule and contract is under negotiation and will most likely increase for the 2023-24 school year)
