Meetings & Activities
The NMU Retirees Association currently meets at least twice per year for a free social, usually with a presentation topic. Other events (sometimes with a fee) may be scheduled throughout the year based on suggestions and interest. The annual business meeting is held with the May social. The Governing Board meets following the social and at other times as needed.
In May 2016, the NMU Alumni Association became the campus contact office for the NMU Retirees Association. Notifications will be sent via e-mail and postcards for some events to retirees in the Upper Peninsula. If you would like to opt-out of the mailed postcards, have moved, or have an alternate e-mail address you prefer, please e-mail us at retirees@nmu.edu.
