The U.P. Healthcare Careers Alliance Steering Committee is conducting a general, anonymous survey of current U.P. healthcare workforce regarding issues that impact recruitment and retention efforts.
This brief, 10 question survey will assist the committee in determining how and when individuals considered their line of work, challenges they faced on their journey and ideas they might have about increasing retention of our workforce. No personal information or identification of people, positions, facilities, employers or geographic locations is being captured.
The insight and feedback from our current workforce is extremely valuable and we look forward to accepting responses now through December 31st.
