Everyone deserves access to quality, nutritious food and food education. Recipe for Success is an initiative that creates and shares recipes incorporating common foods provided by Feeding America West Michigan Mobile Pantries. The initiative is a collaboration of Feeding America West Michigan, the Marquette Food Co-op and the NMU Center for Rural Health. Mobile Pantries serve anyone in need of food in counties across West Michigan and the Upper Peninsula. The printed recipes will be distributed at Mobile Pantry sites. Cooking demonstrations, both live and recorded, will give individuals ideas for using easy-to-access ingredients to make delicious and nourishing meals for themselves and their families.
