Rebates and Refunds Policy
Purpose:
To provide guidance to university personnel regarding processing rebates or refunds.
Applicability:
All faculty and staff.
Policy:
Applications for rebates and refunds for goods purchased with university funds are to be promptly deposited to the appropriate university account at Financial Services located in the Student Service Center, Hedgcock Building.
