Professional Headshots
Get your free professional headshot! Appointments are available every Friday during the fall and winter semesters!
Each appointment is approximately 15 minutes and headshots are completely FREE! Please set up your appointment at least 24 hours before the event in Handshake. You can do so at the link below.
Recruiting at NMU

National Student Employment Week: April 14-18, 2025
Career Services would like to say THANK YOU for all that student employees around campus do to positively impact campus, and help NMU be such a tremendous place to be every day!
Small as it may be, Career Services would like to give the first 90 students who drop by our office (in 3302.3 C.B. Hedgcock) between Monday, April 14 and Friday, April 18 an NMU Willy bar (made by special request at Sayklly’s chocolate shop).
Also - we invite all student employees to register for a t-shirt giveaway!
Munising Seasonal Employment Day Trip
Are you looking for a summer job for 2026? Take a field trip to Munising to see the beautiful location and visit with employers that hire students for summer employment:

This event is designed for 10+ students. Based on format (networking, panel, busing, etc.), if we are unable to secure 10+ reservations, we will cancel this event and coordinate another manner in which to facilitate a meet and greet with interested students and employers.
