Lynne strives to create a comfortable, safe and therapeutic environment to support you in exploring choice options; coping effectively with situations that are beyond your control; and working toward transformations aligned with living a life that you love.

Lynne provides individual and group therapy and adheres to a client-centered approach to counseling.
With great enthusiasm Lynne joined the NMU Counseling and Consultation Services Center team in
November 2021. Previously, Lynne provided therapeutic clinical services and served on the steering
committee for Trauma-informed organizational care at Pathways Community Mental Health in
Marquette.

Lynne is a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in providing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral
therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and Parent
Management Training, Oregon Model. Lynne has a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling and
a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition from Central Michigan University.


Lynne is originally from Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and enjoys camping, hiking, and cooking.
