Originally from Prescott, MI, Tina began attending Northern Michigan University in Fall of 1990 following graduation from Whittemore-Prescott High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication while employed part-time at NMU.
Tina has worked at many offices on campus throughout the years, starting in the Communications Office, Diversity Student Services, Community College Programs, The NMU Foundation Office, Public Safety Institute and Regional Police Academy, Sociology and Social Work Department and most recently, the last 11 years in Military Science/ROTC.
Tina has been married to her husband, Patrick, for 13 years. In her spare time she enjoys attending car shows, semi-truck shows, camping, travel, spending time with friends, and her 8 year old dog, Jasper T. Jowls. Tina also owns and operates her own photography business.
