Programs
Mechanical Engineering Technology
Bachelor of Science
This program provides a solid foundation in science, mathematics, and engineering principles. Graduates are employed as designers, manufacturing engineers, and in related positions.
The Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology is accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET under the General Criteria and the Program Criteria for Electrical/Electronic(s) Engineering Technology and Similarly Named Programs.
Engineering Design
Associate Degree
This program gives a background in the use of computer-aided design software for the design of mechanical parts devices. Students learn to use AutoCAD and Solid Works design software to qualify for positions as CAD designers and mechanical engineering aids.
Laddering Opportunities: For students interested in pursuing a degree beyond the associate, the credits earned in this associate degree program are transferable to a baccalaureate degree program in Industrial Technologies or Mechanical Engineering Technology with little or no loss of credit.
Engineering Design
Minor
A minor is designed to supplement a student's major. The electronics minor works well for students majoring in Industrial Technologies.
