Our Master of Social Work program is simply unique! You’ll get to be part of a small and familial cohort where connections to peers and professors are easily established. The small class sizes allow for individualized learning opportunities and unique experiences within the program. Our faculty care for every single student and their success and wellbeing in the program and beyond.

Our faculty and field director make sure to help every student find a matching field placement. We have previously worked with more than 50 institutions, clinics, and providers across Michigan and the Midwest to get our students involved and help them get the most out of their practicum.

No problem! Our Social Work degrees have a growing online section that entails a large number of total students in the program. Study from anywhere you want while still being connected to faculty, the department, and students in your cohort.

Online students should look out for practicum opportunities in their area and will be supported in finding a matching placement and securing their spot.

As a MSW student, you will mostly be attending evening classes (Monday through Thursday). The only uncertain class times will depend on your electives.
