Explore Community-Based Social Work in India

The India Study Abroad Program (Gateway to India: Culture, Community, and Social Change) has returned, offering students a unique opportunity to learn about community development, public health, and social work practice in an international context.

Students enrolled in SW 495/595 International Social Work (cross-listed program at both the BSW and MSW levels) will engage in classroom learning, field visits with grassroots organizations, and cultural experiences that deepen understanding of global social welfare systems.
