Case Management Services

Northern Michigan University Case Management is a strength-based, holistic program that seeks to support students in overcoming obstacles and reducing distress. We offer this support through well-trained, experienced staff who offer support and direction to all students.

Our non-clinical case managers are a listening ear to offer guidance in understanding and coping with stress. We provide the following services to students:

  • Setting SMART goals and advocating to remove barriers to achieving them
  • Expanding your support by building connections to NMU & community resources
  • Building your tools and skills for complete wellbeing

Our summer office hours are from 7:30 to 4:00 weekdays, and we are available during these hours to support you. We look forward to working with you to get back on track to feeling successful and whole in all areas of your life!
