All departmental and area communications must follow NMU’s branding guidelines. Please remember that logos may not be altered (including the torch, Wildcat head, or Wildcat Willy). If you need logo adjustments or special usage, submit a request.

Email and Communication Drafting

Generative AI can assist in drafting emails, announcements, and other communications, saving time on routine correspondence and ensuring clear, effective communication.

Try going to ChatGPT (https://chatgpt.com/) to generate email responses. Be sure to follow all HIPPA/FERPA and ethical guidelines!

Review and Personalization

While Generative AI can significantly aid in these tasks, it's important for staff to review and personalize the outputs to ensure they meet the specific needs and standards of their course and institution.
