Description

Also called the State School Aid Act of 1979.  Must develop efforts to develop and implement sexual assualt response training for key personnel by February 1. Must submit to State Budget Director; House Appropriations Committee (HAC) and School Advisory Council (SAC) Subcommittees on Higher Education; House Fiscal Agency (HFA); Senate Fiscal Agency.
