Description |
The Workers' Disability Compensation Act requires assurance that benefits are paid to its workers if they become injured while on the job. If a worker is injured on the job, reasonable and necessary medical treatment will be proided promptly. All claims will be reported to the insurance carrier. The third party administrator completes the WC-100 form whenever there is a disability exceeding seven consecutive days, death, or specific loss. |
