| Description |
A public university shall develop, maintain, and update a "campus safety information and resources" link, prominently displayed on the homepage of its website, to a section of its website containing all of the information required under subsection 2 of section 245a. A public university shall certify to the state budget director by August 31, 2018 that it is in compliance with this section. The state budget director may withhold a public university's monthly installments described in section 241 until the public university complies with this section. |
