CABIN Lab - Pro-Environmental Reward Research
Dr. Josh Carlson, Director of the Cognitive x Affective Behavior & Integrated Neuroscience (CABIN) Lab, and Nina Di Loreto, McNair Student, are conducting an EEG study to understand better the neural processes involved in reward processing and in particular reward processing related to positive pro-environmental outcomes. They are looking to add about 25 more participants to the existing participants pool. You will recover money for your participation and have the chance to donate some of your winnings to the Superior Watershed group.

Used Book Sale, Friends of Peter White Public Library - September 26-28
The Used Book Sale will take place in the Peter White Public Library Community Room. The presale is on Thursday, September 26, from 5-8 pm, with a $5 admission fee. The sale occurs on Friday, September 27, from 9:30 am to 5 pm, with no admission fee. There will be a half-off sale on Saturday, September 28, from 9:30 am to 4 pm, with no admission fee. What is NMU Green Athletics?
Founded in August 2023 with the goal to make Northern the greenest in the GLIAC, Green Athletics is a student-driven working group consisting of NMU student-athletes, coaches, and other administrators striving to create and promote sustainable changes within NMU's Athletic Department.
