MS-SLP - Orientation
Dates: August 17-18, 2026
Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm August 17
9:00am – 3:00pm August 18
Location: 1607 The Science Building
The following must be completed:
- CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
(Must be completed within 30 days of the start of the Fall 2026 semester)
- IMMUNIZATION TRACKING PACKAGE
(Can be purchased anytime, but must be completed prior to Fall 2026 semester)
- DRUG SCREENING
(Must be completed within 30 days of the start of the Fall 2026 semester at the location below)

- CPR BLS/AED
Students must submit proof of completed CPR BLS/AED certification at the healthcare provider level.

Clinic hours are routinely held 2 days each week on Tuesday and Friday between 8:30-5:00. Appointments can be scheduled by phoning 906-475-7844. - NMU Health Center - All clinic and lab visits are by appointment. Please call 906-227-2355.
