| Description |
Prior to commencing service, cable television systems, cable operators, and satellite carriers must obtain certification that they are in conformity with signal carriage, program exclusivity, cable casting, and other standards. An operator of an open video system must certify on FCC Form 1275 that it will comply with the FCC's regulations in 47 C.F.R. § 76.1502. |
