| Description |
Under the Title IX common rule, a recipient must not discriminate on the basis of sex in providing health and insurance benefits or services. Specifically, the provision of such benefits and services to students must meet the same requirements as outlined in the employee provisions of the common rule. Any grievance records relating to a Title IX violation or complaint must be retained for the period of time cited in state law for personal injury actions. |
