Description |
These regulations establish a Bill of Rights for union members and set standards for union reports, trusteeships imposed on subordinate unions, elections of union officers, financial safe-guards, and other matters. They also set forth administrative procedures for enforcing the standards of conduct requirements, including hearings before an administrative law judge and determinations by the Assistant Secretary for Employment Standards. |
