City of Marquette handles all wastewater, therefore this is VNA--according to Mike Bath 12/19/2018. Establishes the basic structure for regulating discharges of pollutants into the waters of the United States and regulating quality standards for surface waters. Facilities are governed by local wastewater pretreatment standards issued by local wastewater treatment plants. Facilities are required to have waste water permits and report quarterly on the status of their wastewater treatment.
