| Description |
Annually, the University must provide a disclosure notice to lessees of property built prior to 1978 that such structures may contain lead based paint and/or lead based paint hazards, regarding the health risks of such hazard, and disclosing any known lead paint or hazard. The University must provide lessees with a federally-approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention. |
