| Description |
Regulates the use and disposal of certain chemicals, including PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyl) used in electrical transformers. Must comply with regulations concerning use, service, storage, and disposal of transformers containing PCBs. The Act requires the identification, inventory, marking and quarterly inspection of PCB transformers. |
