Description

Requires certification and disclosure with each submission for consideration of a federal contract, grant or cooperative agreement exceeding $100,000 or an award of a federal loan or commitment providing for the U.S. to insure or guarantee a loan exceeding $150,000. Federal contractors, grantees and those receiving federal loans and cooperative agreements must also report lobbying expenditures from non-federal sources which they used to obtain such federal program monies or contracts.
