Requirements for fire drills and record keeping of drills, unrestricted emergency exits in dorms, annual training of employees on emergency response procedures before the academic year, and a statement certifying that the institution complied with all of the requirements of this section and this act in the preceding calendar year. A statement ceritifying that the institution complied with all of the requirements of this section and this act in the preceding year is due " on or before January 10 of each year." |
