By October 31, each university receiving funds under section 236 shall report ot the senate and house appropriations subcommittees on higher education, the senate and house fiscal agencies, and the state budget director its annual title IX report, also known at the student sexual misconduct report, issued by the title IX coordinator, as required under the federal campus save act of 2013, Public Law 113-4, section 304, 127, Stat 54, 89-92 (2013). |
