| Description |
The University must develop a Code of Conduct for financial aid practices that prohibits conflicts of interest, and is published prominently on the University's website and distributed annually to relevant personnel. Section 493 mandates that a school have a code of conduct and requires that officers, employees, and agents of institutions that have loan responsibilities are informed annually about the institution's code of conduct.
