An institution shall submit its Concussion Safety Protocol by May 1st of the current year. The committee shall review the Concussion Safety Protocols by June 30th of the current year. Form can be found on Page 15 of the NMU Concussion Safety Protocol. By signing and dating the form, you hereby acknowledge, on behalf of the institution identified, that for the current academic year, the Northern Michigan University Concussion Safety Protocol is consistent with the NCAA Concussion Safety Protocol Checklist and otherwise fulfills the requirements of all applicable NCAA Concussion Management Plan legislation. |
