Scheduling Appointments
We have implemented a scheduling tool called Calendly to facilitate easy scheduling of appointments. There are a few different appointment options:
- Schedule a "general CTL appointment"
For this appointment type, you will be assisted by whoever is on duty in Harden 106 at the time scheduled. This may be a full time staff member or a student consultant. General CTL appointments are appropriate for basic EduCat questions, help with quiz set-up, and other "quick questions."
- For more involved consulting, such as instructional design assistance or a tutorial on new software, you may also schedule an appointment with your CTL Liaison. Don't know who your CTL Liaison is? Check the liaison list.
- Make a Studio 102 reservation to record course content or to use the editing station.
Note: If you are a new Studio 102 user, please e-mail or call the CTL (ctl@nmu.edu / x2483) before making a reservation so that we can make sure that a staff member will be available to assist you for an extended period of time.
- If you are seeking assistance with visual course materials, please contact the Instructional Multimedia Consultant. Faculty One-on-One Consulting/Training is available and Content Creation can be discussed.
