Relevant Clinical Work
The clinical work in this program is project-based and involves three main areas of focus: interacting with clinicians and patients, online virtual clinical simulations and implementation of evidence into practice. Clinics will be completed in your local area and activities are individualized to meet your learning goals and designed to be relevant to your current workplace.
Flexibility
The accelerated nature of this program is ideal for the busy schedule of a working RN. Uniquely, this program can be paired with a leadership certificate or minor, great options for those that want to become managers or simply become a more effective leader in their unit. Nursing and leadership courses are delivered in 7-8 week accelerated experiences.

Schoolwork, a Passion for the Community and a Job, Align
“I’m very passionate about breastfeeding in my community. I belong to the Delta County Breastfeeding Coalition and have been able to collaborate with Coffective. Before becoming involved with these resources, I really didn’t know how much information about breast feeding was available to our community. I wanted to make more people aware of these resources. Through my clinics I was able to help educate families and help change the way we as nurses support families in this area. My job, extra involvement and schoolwork have built on each other and my passion has been the focus of each of my clinics.”
