During the school year, Chad works as the Resident Director of Magers Hall. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and watching hockey.

Lucas Dushack

During the school year, you will find Lucas at Hunt Hall where he is the Resident Director. During his free time, Lucas enjoys hiking, listening to podcasts, watching basketball and playing video games.

Joshua Blasko

Joshua has played trumpet in the NMU jazz band, pep band, several combos, and the marching band. He has been involved in many other organizations including house and hall government. After he graduates, he plans on recording and editing videos, music, and commercials.

Nathan has been active in house and hall government and will be the Resident Advisor for Breakwater House in Cedar Hall, starting this fall. In his free time, Nathan enjoys coffee, camping, listening to music, painting, and adventuring outside with friends.

Jordan Butler

Jordan is a jumper on the NMU Track and Field team and enjoys spending time with others, exploring Marquette and making new friends. After graduation, Jordan plans to pursue a career as a neonatal intensive care unit nurse and potentially live in Spain for a couple of years.

Reese has been involved in house and hall governments and various volunteer opportunities. On campus you can find her in Jamrich Hall studying, or if weather permits, out in the academic mall. After graduation, Reese hopes to find a job teaching in an elementary or middle school.

Sawyer's favorite part of attending NMU is that there is always an adventure to be had and can often be found hanging out with his friends in The Den, at the beach or on Sugarloaf mountain. After graduation, Sawyer wants to teach young people about the importance of the environment.

Jess was a Resident Advisor in Hunt Hall for two years, and loves hiking and snowshoeing. Jess is planning on studying abroad in the Fall in Berlin, Germany. She loves tending to her houseplants, reading, and playing video games. After graduation, Jess is hoping to work as a Resident Director, and pursue her masters in Higher Education.

Karine has been involved in her house and hall governments, the Honors Program, and her on-campus job. After graduation, Karine plans on attending grad school out of state and buying an old bus to build her own tiny home on wheels.

Jalen is a McNair scholar, director of the Students’ Art Gallery, the director of outreach for NMU EcoReps, and is a member of SLFP, Anchorpoint and Love Club. In his free time Jalen likes to do yoga, meditate, read, make beats, make art, go on hikes, skate, and hang with his friends!

Maguire Smith

Maguire was a Resident Adviser for 2 years in Van Antwerp Hall and loved every minute of it. He also enjoys snorkeling, scuba diving, climbing and hiking various trails around Marquette. After graduation, Maguire wants to work as a Cyber Forensics Analyst and visit Dublin, Ireland.

Courtney Stone

Courtney enjoys anything outdoors, reading and playing video games. On campus, you’ll find Courtney in Spooner Hall, where she is the Resident Advisor of third floor, Margaritaville. After graduation, Courtney plans to take a semester off to travel the United States. Then she hopes to teach high school somewhere in the Upper Peninsula.
