CITI Training

NMU subscribes to the CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) Program to provide research and ethics training to internal researchers. The CITI Program provides high quality, peer-reviewed, web-based educational courses in research, ethics, regulatory oversight, responsible conduct of research, and research administration.

CITI training is available for animal and human subject researchers, both NMU students and faculty.

CITI Training Modules must be retaken every 4 years. Researchers must provide documentation of current CITI certification for research approval.
