Whether you have been out of NMU one semester or longer, there are several steps you must take to re-enroll. The following re-entry student checklist can help with the process of re-entering NMU.

If you need assistance before the start of the semester, you should contact your major department and inform them you are re-entering NMU and need assistance. If you are undeclared you may contact the Academic and Career Advisement Center, 3302 C.B. Hedgcock Building, 906-227-2971 |
Adviser hold |
If you have completed fewer than 18 NMU credits, or if you are on academic probation |
You will need to meet with your adviser to have the hold lifted prior to registering for classes |
