ASNMU is guided by two important documents:
Constitution
Our Constitution is the core of our organization, as it defines our purpose and structure. It's approved by the students of NMU during referenda and is ratified by the Board of Trustees.
The ASNMU Constitution can be viewed here. The Constitution was approved by the students during the 2024 election cycle.
Bylaws
Our Bylaws define the more specific rules as to how ASNMU operates, from individual committees to referenda.
The ASNMU Bylaws can be viewed here. The Bylaws were approved by the ASNMU General Assembly in 2024.
