About the Center

We are the Northern Michigan University Health Center, providing quality care to students, staff as well as their eligible dependents. Please advise as you approach graduation or if you won't be enrolled in the next semester, so we can assist in transitioning your care with a new provider. In the event a student is no longer enrolled or suspended from the university, we will assist in getting your records coordinated to your new provider, please be respectful that you are no longer eligible for our services, we need to be available for eligible students and faculty/staff only. Services include our clinic, on-site pharmacy and lab services.

Records

We care about your health, please advise when seen at the Emergency Room or Walk-In Center or other provider, so we may request your records to have a complete record for your visit.  Update your current medication list and always let us know if you've had a change in your health that should be on file.  The Patient Portal is a great means to communicate safely with our clinic and for you to have access to your health record.  We need your current email address and can set you up with the Patient Portal.
