About the Team
NMU's Club Baseball team formed to provide our 18-25 rostered players with a competitive environment to continue playing baseball. Our objective is to establish and maintain a high level of competition on the field while also pursuing excellence in our studies. The team participates in the NCBA (National Club Baseball Association) and has qualified for league playoffs several times in its history. Our biggest aim is to give our players the opportunity to continue playing the game that they love after high school while positively representing NMU. The team carries a 20-25 man roster, including 8-9 pitchers, with at least 1 coach (Kane Beauchamp).
Dues: Dues are subject to change yearly but often range between $200-$350. These dues will cover the costs of jerseys, hats, travel, and league dues.
Participant Must Supply: All club members must have a PEIF recreation pass in order to play. Players are expected to have their own basic equipment but will have the ability to purchase Rawlings and Nike gear at a discount through the team.
