NMU hosts campus visits for prospective grad students in virtual format and in person. Meet with Graduate Studies staff and a faculty member in your program, connect with a graduate student ambassador, and get a campus tour (via video for virtual visitors.)
Ask about potential assistance for students traveling long distance to Marquette.

Virtual Info Sessions
Register for one of our upcoming virtual informational sessions. Held via Zoom, including an overview of programs, application and admissions, financial aid and funding, and student services.

Campus Visit Itinerary
Each campus visit or program preview is different because it is tailored to your needs, but every campus visitor will have access to the following basic itinerary:
|College of Graduate Studies||Graduate Admissions Presentation||Application and admissions overview. Q&A with admissions staff for help with any of your application questions. Learn about sources of support for graduate students like professional development, community resources, and funding opportunities.|
|Faculty||Academic Program Meeting||Meet with program faculty about research or scholarly pursuits. Learn more about program curriculum, expectations, and outcomes. Tour lab facilities if applicable.|
|Graduate Student Ambassador||Student Meeting||Meet with a current student in your graduate program of interest. Learn about program and campus culture from a student's perspective|
|College of Graduate Studies||Campus Tour & Debrief||Experience NMU's campus and ask any lingering questions before the conclusion of your visit.|
