Frequently Asked Questions

We currently offer free tutoring both in-person and virtually in American Sign Language (ASL), Chinese, French, German, Russian and Spanish.

Tutors are available for assistance with homework questions, essay review, test prep, and conversation practice. 

No. Tutoring is available on a first come, first served basis. As tutors for each language are limited, it is important that you review the tutoring schedule before your visiting the Language Resource Center, as well as receiving online tutoring. If you need to review an assignment with a tutor, please be sure to leave yourself plenty of time before the assignment due date.
